In the mid 90’s I was fortunate enough to have apprenticed at this incredible patisserie in downtown GR called Saint-Honore (now Reserve Wine Bar). Every morning I looked forward to my break because that was when the croissants for the day were just being pulled out of the oven. Now, 26 years later I still dream of those amazing, flaky, buttery croissants. Well, I have found the original recipe and have made just a few changes and am thrilled to be serving them to you on January 30th! We will only be taking 30 orders total. This is pick up only, 9am to 11am. I hope to see you there. These are 100% vegan, sorry no GF option available at this time. We will of course have all our cookies and cheeses and Pizza dough and Brie (GF and regular) available.
