French macarons were invented in the twentieth century by Pierre Desfontaines Ladurée, who thought to join two meringues and fill them with ganache. Vegan Macarons by Heather were created in 2019 and are now made in the Bit Baking Co. facility. Not only are these amazing creations 100% vegan but also gluten free.
